C'est Bon is owned by Michel Bonnet who needs no introduction to Brisbane residents. Michel has opened and operated many successful restaurants in his time.
He is now delighted to bring you the incredible experience and style of Head Chef, Morgan, and Dining Room Manager, Celine, at Brisbane. Morgan is originally from Nantes and Celine from Burgundy.
Over the years they’ve worked in some of the best restaurants around France, and most recently lived and worked in Dijon, Burgundy.
